Candidate Qualifications

CEOs may wish to nominate candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Serve at the management committee level
  2. Report to the CEO or COO
  3. Have profit & loss responsibility for $500 million or more, or lead a function with enterprise-wide responsibility, such as finance, operations or human resources
  4. Have significant potential to assume roles of increasing responsibility

CEOs who nominate a leader should understand the expectation for CEO commitment to the program and plan to engage along with the nominee.
