MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

We are pleased to share information about CEO Perspective - and I am delighted to be joining the team bringing this program to you, as the program's new Executive Director.

Now beginning its sixth successful year, CEO Perspective is a unique program that augments and accelerates the development of key leaders in a time of growing complexity and change. The leaders who participate in the program are top-ranking executives in complex, multi-billion dollar companies who are nominated by their CEOs. It is a very diverse group (function, industry, gender & ethnicity) further enriched by participants from the non-profit world.

Our innovative curriculum was especially designed for this program by faculty of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Corporate Leadership Center. The curriculum is built on the timely, real-life experiences shared by our highly regarded CEO sponsors and Board Chairs who actively participate in the program.

Feedback on the CEO Perspective program continues to be extremely positive. Participants value the interaction with the CEOs and the opportunity to interact with each other, facilitated by the Kellogg School faculty who share the latest research frameworks. They also value the network they build through program participation, and often stay closely connected with each other and previous program participants to share ideas and best practices.
